Fitness Squad

Fitness squad is designed to cater for swimmers that have specific goals, whether it’s building fitness and improving technique or training for a specific event such as a triathlon, open water, school swimming or water polo.


We welcome all those who want to keep active, improve their fitness and develop their swimming technique - without the pressure of competing.
