Bronze Squad
In Bronze squad swimmers start developing the ability to swim with good technique more consistently.
We introduce concepts such as why we swim certain drills and the association between intensity and improvement. We aim to balance learning & enjoyment in this squad.

Can't make it to the pool for 3.15pm? No problems
Our strength & warm up program is not compulsory for Bronze & Silver squad swimmers. If you are travelling from another area & can't make it to the pool for 3.15pm, we have plenty of swimmers who just attend the swim component of the session. Simply skip the land warm up & turn up ready to swim!
Our primary objective is to provide squad sessions that prioritise four key areas.
These areas are integral to creating a positive and secure environment for our swimmers, promoting their development not only in terms of their swimming abilities but also as individuals.
