11:45am – Team meeting – Weekend information & nutrition

1:00pm – Pool deck activation
1:30pm – Pool session – Stroke efficiency, skill fundamentals & aerobic work
3:30pm – Free time
4:30pm – Group activity: Q&A with Jedi & Dan (Swimming as a junior/senior, keys to success, what they’d do differently)
