Perfect for beginners who are learning how to swim plus those who may have a fear of water - we can help you! If you can swim a little already, we will also teach you how to become more efficient in the water by focussing on your breathing, kicking and body position.
This session is great for swimmers looking to improve technique or skills (e.g. turns or starts) to either be more efficient in the water to make your swimming a little easier, increase your speed for faster times or to prevent injuries that may occur due to poor technique.
